Let me say first that I have written a response to this three timesThe first two times all my writing just disappeared after about thirty minutes of writingI've spent a lot of wasted time just responding to thisAfter writing my response, it keeps giving me an error saying I'm over the
character limit for the responseI could not fit half of my side of the story in this amount of space so I erased it all again and will just say that the leak in question was not there when the job was completed, and Mrs*** can verify this because we walked the entire property together while the system was runningThere were NO leaksI apologized to Mr*** several times for hanging up on himI went back, repaired the leak for free, and then was penalized another thirty dollars when he rewrote the checkHe knows I'm right, his wife knows I'm right, and I know I'm rightBut in the end, the customer is always right, and I payed the penalty for sure

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, Dave the owner apologized and fixed the leak and made it rightI do suggest he keeps his temper in check for future customers as this would have never been reported had he just did the right thing without hanging up on a customer.I consider this closed but will never do business with them again
