We are certainly concerned about this situation. We will certainly call the customer and apologize and also refund her purchase price and also offer her a complimentary gallon of milk.We would like to have the following if possible; The container of milk, or at least the name

I gave her the name of the manager to ask for when she arrives at the store. I rewarded her with a $gift card from Dave’s for her inconvenience, even though this is a manufacturers issue. When she returns the carton, we will send it to Dairymen’s for investigation.
