As shown in the attached invoice, Mr [redacted] 's vehicle was brought into us on 10/24/ It was brought in by his girlfriend for a low tire and a TPMS indicator that was on We replaced the sensor since it was beyond repair The tire did not need to be repaired but the sensor was leaking causing the low tire pressure In addition we performed an oil change Nothing in the process of replacing the sensor or the oil change would cause damage to the rim As Mr [redacted] stated this morning when he came in to complain, we have an excellent reputation and take responsibility for any damages our technicians may causeUnfortunately for Mr [redacted] , we did not cause the damage Our best guess is that the damage was caused by either scraping against a curb or hitting a pot hole
