The customer [redacted] placed a deposit on a vehicle on our lotAt the bottom of the credit card receipt that he signed, it clearly states no refundsHe called multiple times though the salesman he was dealing with wasn’t availableHe talked to the manager three times while the manager asked if he could help him with anything and he replied noWhen [redacted] got in touch with the salesman he asked for the refund and he wasn’t authorized to provide it [redacted] then asked to speak to the manager and used multiple profanities while on the phone with himBeing the customer being rude to the salesman and manager it was then the manager's discretion not to refund the depositIf [redacted] was polite about the situation the refund would have been refundedThe customer has since been contacted and told to come to the lot with his credit card and receipt and we would provide him with a refund
