We inspected the car at the clients house at 1:33pm on 11/16/We have time stamped pics of that inspectionCustomer (***) agreed to
drop the vehicle off on the 19th however he did not show up so we assumed he passed on having work done at our shopHe then dropped the vehicle off on the 25th (day before Thanksgiving) without noticeOur shop is set up with time lines so we said we would try to fit him in but that with the holiday it would be a little longer than originally proposedWhen we returned to work on 11/we had jobs ahead of him (again because he did not show up on the agreed date)The customer did leave a note on our door after hours on 12/however *** *** did speak face to face with the *** and his father as well that day and we released the Vehicle to themIf you take out the half day they unexpectedly dropped it off and the national holiday, we only had their vehicle for business daysAlso we have never dealt with a *** *** at anytime before, during or after the time of possession of said vehicle
