Tomas - of Davel Construction, showed up the second week of April to take my deposit, and told me that he would start the job second week of JuneWhen the date arrived, he continually delayedBy mid-July, I asked for the deposit backHe refused and stopped answering my calls and textsBy mid August (months after the promised date) he finally showed upThe work was averageDuring the winter, one of the coping pieces crackedI notified him in April He promptly came by to have a look, and said that he would return in a few weeks to replace the cracked pieceI contacted him times throughout the summer to remind him, but he kept deferring - just as he had with the original workIt is now the second week of October, and I have yet to see or hear from himMaybe their year warranty meant that any problems will be fixed within that time period!
