Unable to communicate with Davenport Landscape to replace a tree that died within weeks of planting. Trees were to be guaranteed for 90 days.On 3/31/14 Davenport Landscaping started working on my backyard. On 4/7/14 the first 3 trees were planted. Within days one of the White Pines was starting to show signs of dying. At this time the contractor said to just keep an eye on it to see if it would survive the transplant. He would come back and replace it if it did not recover. The yard was completed by 4/14/14 and payment in full was made to Davenport Landscaping on this date. After waiting 6 weeks and no sign of the tree recovering I contacted Davenport Landscaping on 5/26/14 to see about replacing the tree. The agreement was that the trees would be under warrantee for 90 days. After numerous attempts to contact the contractor I am unable to receive a response to resolve this issue. Davenport Landscape charged me $269.00 plus tax for a tree that retailed for $210.00 plus $40.00 labor to plant each tree. Desired SettlementAt this time I would like to receive $328.50 for the full price that I paid to Davenport Landscape so that I can replace this tree.$288.50 Price of tree$ 40.00 Labor cost

After 2 years of searching and getting bids, I selected Davenport Landscaping to re-landscape my front and side yards and to do a full landscaping on my rear yard after being totally devastated by a flash flood.
Tim came in with a very fair bid and did a fantastic job. What I liked the most was that he took personal control of every aspect of the job and I was impressed by his quality standards. The work progressed quickly and the final product is impressive and beautiful. We have extensive concrete work, paver work, stone walls, stone steps, water features, fire pit and many other types of completed work including drainage landscaping. I highly recommend Tim Graham and Davenport Landscaping. All of his sub contractors are top notch.
We have hired Tim for further projects.
