I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:As stated in my prior communication this business advertised on their website they were selling Perfume. When I received the item it was not perfume as advertised, but Toilette which is watered down and not 100% perfume. Had Io not looked on the bottom of the item with a magnifying glass, I would not have known. The bottle was also not full and 1/of it was missing. They misrepresented the product and was not willing or did anything to resolve this issue. I had to pay an additional $ for shipping that they should have paid for. I expect a full credit for the $ as they charged me and for them to pay for the return shipping. You cannot reach them by phone and they are very slow and only responded with one email regarding my issue and I still have not received my credit and it was sent back priority mail on 3/*/2016. I will never order from this company again.

and received ed u toilette and the bottle was not full. They did not offer a free shipping label or offer to reimburse for the shipping due to their error. I sent numerous emails and all I got was an email that stated to relax!!!

 This business did not indicate...

the item was shipped until after they received notice of the complaint from the Revdex.com. I placed the order 10/*/17 and was just sent a notification this morning 10/**/17 that the item was shipping. I had already sent multiple emails to this business requesting a refund but the emails were not responded to at all. This is unacceptable. I expect a refund and nothing less. I do not want the product because it is 15 days after ordering and it still has not arrived and I am also concerned about quality after I looked online and saw multiple negative reviews about this business. Thank you.

I was given a partial refund of $95. I want a full refund and I want to be reimbursed for the shipping cost of sending the item back as well as the original shipping charge.

 The item did not ship until after the business was contacted by the Revdex.com. The item was purchased 10/*/17 and did not ship out until 10/**/17 (that is 15 days after the item was ordered and no communication had been received from the business regarding the order.) I had already sent multiple emails to the business requesting a refund and none of my emails were answered. I paid extra for Priority Mail shipping but the package was not sent via Priority Mail. The item was received way later than expected. I feel a refund is warranted in this situation due to difficulties I experienced with this order. Due to the delayed shipping, the item could not even be given as a gift it had been intended for. I would not purchase from this business again.

I was refunded $95 of a total order of $105.98. I was...

originally billed $5.99 for the initial shipping. I had to pay out of my pocket $8.48 to send their company a practically worthless item back. I should be compensated the FULL amount of my order plus be reimbursed for the shipping cost I incurred. Furthermore, hottperfume.com is violating the law selling fake items to consumers. Their website does not even list a telephone number for customer service issues.
