I TOLD MR. [redacted], AFTER LOOKING AT HIS REFIGERATOR. tHAT HE HAD A SEALED SYSTEM PROBLEM.
quoted him a price, and he said he would let me kn.
I don't know what gasket he is talking about. Putting in the freon, is a part of the sealed...

system. I never told him to buy a new one, only quoted him the price to fix his.
I would like to see a copy of the invoice, where he had it fixed.

Review: Business sent service personnel to evaluate issue with dryer on Wednesday December 2, 2015. Part needs to be ordered with follow up apt scheduled on 8th. Business called on 7th close to 5pm to reschedule as part not in. Rescheduled to Thursday the 10th at 8-10 am. Service personnel didn't show by 10 am. Called business at 10am asking for eta. None provided and was told they were running late. Called back to express concern with women named Lisa who said she was the owner and was told by her if we didn't like it to call another servicer and was hung up on. Called back and business agreed to call when on way. Business called at 1156 and 1158 but didn't leave message. Called back at 1201 and got voicemail that they were closed. Called back at 130 pm to get eta and got voicemail. Left message to get callback with eta. Contacted business again at 230 and was told they never got a voicemail and they would be there in 30 mins. Business never showed up to complete service nor returned calls and voicemails left inquiring about delivery time.Desired Settlement: Nothing expected as outcome from business except possible explaination to why they didn't show or return calls and and apology for unprofessional behavior as they were rude and disrespectful in their communication however I don't feel they should have a 100% positive rating when they conduct business this way. Also I'm not positive that I was speaking with the owner and would hate for the business to have bad write up due to one bad employees actions

We were at the customers home on 12/02/15 and there dryer needed a door switch . We order the part and was told it would be in on 12/07/15. But there was a back order on the part so we did reschedule the appointment because we did not have the needed part. The appointment was scheduled between 8-10 and the tech was running behind ( during the holiday time we get very busy) and that day 3 other customers who said they had 1 appliance to look at actually had 3 so we were running a bit late. I called to let the customers know he was on his way and did not get an answer ( we always call ahead of time to make sure the customer is ready and is home) so I called again and again no answer. So I told the tech there was no answer and to go to his next call. As far as not being open, we are open from5-5 Monday - Saturday and during the holiday time we have extra hours because of how busy we are. So I'm not sure why you thought we were closed. Our company has been in business for over 40 years and have an excellent rating with the Revdex.com and also have won 4 years in a row and Super Service Award from Angies list. We are very proud of the service we provide. I'm very sorry that you were unhappy with the service I'm not sure why we were not able to get ahold of you when we were on our way.
