I acknowledge selling her the vehicle as well as the texts between us However no where is it stated that we word fix or purchase parts for her I did say we would try to get the parts at a discount to help her and possibly my father in law said he might be able to fix if he had the time The title was given to her and the auction sends title to is the buyer, they have days to do so but sometimes they don't receive it from previous owner in that time frame We attempted to help client with cost of vehicle as her situation with interlock and money on hand was sensitive We feel we did the best we could as a small independent family business Thank you for your time

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I did finally get my titleI am happy with that although I am still not happy about the car that I am stuck with fixing and its costing me from anywhere between 1,to 2,dollars to fix the carEven before I got the cash for the car he said they would fix that problem anywaysI feel that he was very unprofessional and I do understand they are a small family business although I was expecting better serviceMy father is a mechanic and was very up set with me because I purchased this car and it was not in proper condition to be drivenHe did say they would fix or purchase the parts and I could have my father put them on for me as his father in law was very sick and he didn't know when he would have time to do it for that reasonI also have a witness that was there at the timeI explained that I took it to the shop and had not only my father look at it but I did take it to [redacted] and they also inspected the car to see what it was.I was told it is the struts and the barrings (FRONT)I also thought if anything was wrong with in the first days or miles they would fix the problemI feel the car is a little unsafe to drive and I do have a child as well that rides with me dailyAll in all, all I wanted was the parts or the car to be fixed I appreciate your time regarding this matter Regards, [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered]

I am rejecting this response because:I did finally get my title. I am happy with that although I am still not happy about the car that I am stuck with fixing and its costing me from anywhere between 1,200 to 2,000 dollars to fix the car. Even before I got the cash for the car he said they would fix that problem anyways. I feel that he was very unprofessional and I do understand they are a small family business although I was expecting better service. My father is a mechanic and was very up set with me because I purchased this car and it was not in proper condition to be driven. He did say they would fix or purchase the parts and I could have my father put them on for me as his father in law was very sick and he didn't know when he would have time to do it for that reason. I also have a witness that was there at the time. I explained that I took it to the shop and had not only my father look at it but I did take it to [redacted] and they also inspected the car to see what it was.I was told it is the struts and the barrings (FRONT).
