Vehicle was test driven by customer on 02/18/2016, test driven again on
02/19/2017 everything worked great so purchase was made. Very shortly after
check engine light came on and engine made a clunk under accelerator. Vehicle
brought back and gave loaner vehicle to use for free. Replaced gas cap...

and
freshly tom motor mount with new parts no charge. A short later transmission
started slipping, bring vehicle back gave free loaner car. Replaced transmission with used one with around same miles as vehicle 138k, again for
free. Shortly after complains transmission is acting up again. Told to bring
in when problem occurs, claims only done it when we are closed. Told to drop it
off and take loaner car again for free. The day vehicle was to be dropped off
customer calls cant make it Mother fell had to take to doctor. No calls or
contact again 6 months later. By that time 90 day warranty from salvage yard
expired. Could have been just a sensor or solenoid problem not requiring
transmission replacement but customer choose to continue driving vehicle until transmission was beyond repair. Do not feel we are responsible now a year
later.David
