Divinity home inspections came to the rescue. They were fast, courteous, professional, and did an outstanding job of inspecting my home. From the office manager, the owner's phone call, to the inpectors. I recommend them!

I highly recommend Divinity Inspection Service if you need a home inspection for any reason. As a first-time home buyer, and a lady who knows nothing about inspections, my inspector Brian [redacted] took the time out to explain to me every little detail in a language that I could understand and was very thorough. He took the fear out of my first home inspection process, and turned it into an educational event where I learned great tools to use on my first home as a first-time home buyer. What a great guy!

Being from Alaska, my husband and I were looking for a home inspector with a reputable company, and Divinity Inspection Service was THE one. He went above and beyond during the inspection, and even brought in specialized equipment to assure that nothing was missed. He looked at things that we would never have thought of, while maintaining the utmost professionalism. I would recommend Ludwig for any job in Florida.

Thank you so much for an excellent service. They answered all my questions and concerns. Very professional. I highly recommend! I would give them twenty stars!

I am 75 years old and feel some garages take advantage of my age and lack of knowledge. I was treated with respect and am completely happy with the results of the work done at Dave's Auto.
My car is 18 years old and they were able to stop ALL oil leaks I had. Some mechanics have told me you can never stop all leaks but they did. And at the cost and time frame quoted. Peggy [redacted]

We are moving from NJ to FL. As we are very unfamiliar with the FL housing market and potential pitfalls to look for when buying a home, we felt it was crucial for us to have a great home inspector. Divinity Inspection Services was recommended to us by a friend who had recently used them for their home inspection.

Ludwina in the office was wonderful. I must have called her a dozen times in a two day period and she always answered the phone, always answered my questions, and was so patient and understanding about my concerns. Multiple inspectors showed up to perform the inspection and did an unbelievably thorough job in their inspection and the detailing thereof. Brian answered all of my husband's questions and was awesome.

The pricing was great. They provide their reports through an online system so it is easy to send reports that you want to insurance companies, the Seller for remediation or to keep for your records. Very thorough, very good, very reasonably priced. Awesome!

We wholeheartedly recommend them.

Review: my first time there just needed 2 tires put on.$70..00 each plus $20..0 delivery. plus front end aliement was told $50.00 to do that.but was told if I buy 2 tires from general I would recive a $50.00 gift card. so I thought it was a good price plus gift card. it was for front tires. they put the new tires on the back. old ones on the front. I did not ask them to do that but charged more to do that.than after about 2 weeks 1 valve stem started to leak it was a old valve stem. thay did not replace it. .well the total bill was $266.00.I did have them put on my spare tire on when I got there cuz 1 tire had a big bulge in it the the inner threads was showing. so 2 tires $140.00 plus delivery $20.00 total $160.00 front end aliement $50.00. total $210.00 plus tax. $10.00 total $220.00 not to bad. so about $44.00 in labor not to bad. I just want my $50.00 gift like I was told. oh did call them about 4 times for the gift card keep getting excues.the last time I called was told they would get a call back never did.about a total of about 6 weeks went by . thanks [redacted]Desired Settlement: ill settle for $40.00. cash

The customer came in on 9/10 saying his vehicle was shaking very badly and wanted us to look at it. The customer left the vehicle to be picked up later. We checked out the vehicle and let him know that his front right tire was badly worn with wires exposed and that there was a large bulge that was causing the shaking. We spoke over the phone and he said he would like to get two new tires. I let the customer know that we would have to order tires for him that would come in next day because we did not have anything in stock. Customer agreed that was fine.We gave the customer options for tires we could get for him. He settled on two 225/70R15 General Altimax RT tires. I told him that if he bought four, General was offering a $50 prepaid credit card with a mail in rebate. The customer declined because he said two of his tires were fairly new.The customer requested to pick up the vehicle but I warned him that it was very dangerous to drive with the tire in that condition. I told him that I would put his spare on free of charge since he was purchasing tires from us. We put the spare on the front right where the bad tire was, but since the tread on the spare tire was far more aggressive than the one on the left side, it pulled very hard to the right. I let the customer know that I would put the spare on the rear so that he would be able to drive it homecThe customer dropped the vehicle off the following morning. The tires came in and we put them on the rims. Since we already had to take off the spare on the rear, I asked the customer if he would like us to put the new tires in the rear free of charge since it was a rear wheel drive car. The customer agreed that they should be put in the rear. The customer then asked about why the front tires were wearing uneven. We checked the front end out and everything checked out. I let him know that he would likely just need a front end alignment but that we don't have a machine to perform that job. We did get a discount at a near by business that normally offers alignments for $79.95 but only charges us $49.95. He asked that we take it there. In total we rotated his tires, mounted and balance two tires, and drove the vehicle to another location for only $40 and saved him $30 on an alignment. We also sold him tires at cost. The tires he purchased retail on tirerack.com at $187.04 with shipping. They cost him only $162.76 with shipping through us. His total bill with us was $252.71 before tax. If the customer were to have done this work himself, he would have paid $266.99 before tax. I believe that we were extremely fair with this customer considering the fact that he would have never been able to do this work cheaper even if he did it himself. We even did extra work at no extra charge. As far as his valve stem going bad, we check all tires and valve stems for leaks after we install a new tire. His tire did not leak in any way. There was no reason for us to believe that his valve stem would go bad and if we put on new valve stems at that price with every set of new tires, we would no longer be in business.
