Review: We hired this company to tuckpoint the cracked brick on our home. [redacted] and one worker came on April 1st and April 2nd, 2015 and ground out the old mortar and tuckpointed the housed.

By April 6th, cracks were appearing in the new mortar and we called [redacted]. He came and told us that the cracks were due to the drying of the mortar but he reground and refilled some cracks and backfilled others.

He came yet again later in April while performing other work in the neighborhood because new cracks had appeared. Again he reground and filled some and backfilled others.

He assured us at that time that any remaining cracks were cosmetic and that we should either caulk them or fill them with paint when we painted the house.

Recently, while getting ready to prime the new mortar prior to painting, we found chunks of it were falling out and other areas had hollow spots behind them.

At this point, we knew it was not a cosmetic issue that could be solved with caulk or repainting, and we had to hire someone to redo the work as we had already given this business multiple opportunities to fix the work.Desired Settlement: We would like a refund from this business in the amount necessary to have the work redone. The bill for the work is $650.

I will not contest this because people were beyond reason complaint is false - Really- 3 months after work is performed - I should have seen this coming!
