There was only one payment the was made to the wrong account, we have another customer with a similar name who's payment is almost $100 less then [redacted] payment. All other payment have been posted to her account. Our system does not allow us to delete payments without keeping a record. Her bank...
statement shows her payments post 3 days or so days after she has paid them here. That is normal for banks. [redacted] has been continually late with her payments. I changed her payments for her so she could an extra couple weeks, also made her payments lower than the original contract. We have bent over backwards for [redacted], she has been making her payments later and later each month getting farther and farther behind. We do not REPO vehicle for one missed car payment, so the partial payment that added to another account would NOT have stopped her car from being repossessed. I have tried to speak with [redacted] but she starts to scream and hangs up on me. All payments have been made to her account and I could discuss this with her if she would answer my calls. Dave does not handle the payments and does not deal with the customer accounts, [redacted] thought that she could get her way with Dave by freaking out and yelling and that is why she wants to only speak to him.
