We were to take out the correct rock friday, the fellow that was bringing it back out to Mr [redacted] had an accident in the truck with the load in it, he jack knifed the trailer because it was raining The driveway will be finished when it dries out we have had over 4" of rain the last few days The sod that was to be delivered today was also delayed by the rainI will call Mr [redacted] when the sod is to be delivered

We were to take out the correct rock friday, the fellow that was bringing it back out to Mr. [redacted] had an accident in the truck with the load in it, he jack knifed the trailer because it was raining.  The driveway will be finished when it dries out we have had over 4" of rain the last few days.  The sod that was to be delivered today was also delayed by the rain. I will call Mr. [redacted] when the sod is to be delivered.

We were out to Mr. [redacted] home on Friday the 25th of November to discuss the time we were behind on our scheduling and assured him that we would start the week of November 28th.  We told Mr. [redacted] that we would be out to deliver materials on Monday the 28th November 2016.  When I...

talked to him today on the phone I told him we had his materials purchased and as I write this email the manager is at his home with the 1st load of materials.  On last Friday when we told him we were starting this week, he was over joyed and said we could do his whole yard (more work). We cannot understand him complaining when we had him satisfied on Friday.  He will be taken care of as promised on Friday. [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:Yes they came out and told me they would be starting as of Thursday the 1st of December. They never showed up. nor would John or graham pic up there cellphones when I called. So Friday the 2nd I called [redacted] and he told me he didn't know what was going on and then had the nerve to ask me when I wanted my  materials. I told him I've been wanting them for weeks. at that point I told [redacted] that was going to get a lawyer and he said I'm going to take care of you. I told him that his word was dirt that he has been lieing to me for weeks. I want what I paid for. he then called me back and told me [redacted] was going to be coming over with the stone for my drivewayou and then asked when I wanted the sod for my yard. I told [redacted] I wanted it weeks ago just like I've been telling him. he then told me he ordered it and it will be here Monday the 5th.  [redacted] did come to the house with stone but after taking with him we found that [redacted] told him to get 3/4 stone instead of the 1 1/2 stone that I paid for and that is on my receipt. [redacted] told me that the 3/4 stone was definitely not what I wanted and he done know why [redacted] told him to get it. plus it is 3 times the money than what I was supposed to get. [redacted] took the 3/4 stone back and said he was going to get me what I paid for and took a photo of my receipt so he knows what the job and materials are.  [redacted]  promised me that he is going to get the driveway done. I have been in contact with [redacted] directly. he seams like the only stand up person at Dave's dirt works. I don't know what [redacted] was thinking with trying to give me this 3/4 stone other than he thought he was going to get more money out of me. I understand with the rain [redacted] will not be able to do the site work till probably Tuesday or Wednesday.
