MS. [redacted] HAS A PROPOSAL SHOWING A 5 TON UNIT  BUT THE 1100.00 SHOWN AS A MINUS IS THE DIFFERANCE OF GOING FROM A FIVE TON TO FOUR TON. SHE PAID FOR A 4 TON UNIT. THE DUCT WORK SHR IS REFERING TO  IS FOR CONNECTING FROM THE UINT TO HER PACKAGE HEAT PUMP TO HER EXISTING DUCT IN HER HOME. I HAVE ATTACHED THE PROPSAL AND COPY OF THE INVOICE WHICH SHOW THAT SHE PAID FOR A 4 TON UNIT.  SHE HAS STATED THAT THE SYSTEM HAS NOT WORKED FROM TIME WE INSTALLED THEM WHY DID SHE NOT CALL US SO WE COULD COME OUT AND REPAIR, INSTEAD OF GETTING SOMEONE ELSE TO LOOK AT IT AND SAY IT WAS INSTALLED WRONG. SEEMS THAT THE OTHE HVAC (MASTER TECKNICION) WOULD HAS FIXED IT. WE WILL STILL COME OUT AND REPAIR SYSTEM BUT AT SAME TIME WE ARE NOT GOING TO HAVE SOMEONE TELLING US WHAT WE DID WRONG AND THAT WE ARE A SORRY COMPANY. SHE JUST NEEDS TO CALL [redacted] AT 864-[redacted] AND SET A TIME THIS CAN BE ACCOMPLISH. AS TO REFUNDING HER THE 4612.00 THAT IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN.IT SEEM THAT SHE HAS GOTTEN THINGS CONFFUSED WE WILL BE WAITING FOR HER CALL TO SET A TIME TO COME OUT AND FIX THE SYSTEM. IT IS UNDER WARRANTY FOR PARTS ONLY NO LABOR. AIR COMMAND LLC864-[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. 
Yes, I did just see the email from Air Command today. Did you receive the papers that I faxed you? If so, it is obvious that what Air Command is claiming is false. The paper from Air Command was initialed by their installer and clearly stated that I paid for a 5 ton unit. Also, in the email they claim that they did not install a 5 ton unit due to the duct work in my home not working with the 5 ton unit. However, the paper clearly shows where I was charged for duct work. They cannot repair the unit, the unit is too small for my home. If the 4 ton unit was sufficient for my home I would not be having these problems. Bottom line is that I paid for a 5 ton unit and received a 4 ton unit, which is too small for my home. The only way this will be resolved with Air Command is if they give me a full refund plus any additional costs to get a 5 unit installed during peak season. Also, can I see documentation from Air Command that shows where I signed for the unit?Regards,
