Dave's Landscaping

Review: I had services thru Dave's Landscaping more than three years ago. Presently I have services thru BL Landscaping who sent me a bill of $500.00 dollars because they have not received any payments in 2014. I called [redacted] who does online payment for me. I was told that accidentally I was paying Dave's Landscaping instead of BL Landscaping and Dave's cashed the checks. I have left numerous messages to Dave's Landscaping but he hasn't returned the call. What I am seeking is that he returns the money that doesn't belong to him because he was not and is not proving services. I have copies of the checks but I want to resolve this matter in an amicable manner.
