On 04/12/16 [redacted] called for us to pick-up two walk behind mowers. We were told to call if there was a major issue/fix. Before we picked the walk behind mowers up, r [redacted] did not say we would be picking up only one walk behind mower. When we went to pick up her walk behind mowers there...
was only one there, not two as she previous stated. Our pickup and delivery fee is $20,00 round trip. Allegedly [redacted] called us said that she only wanted to spend $25.00. If we would have known that, we would have not picked up the walk behind mower in the first place. We would not be able to repair a walk behind mower for $5.00. We work/charge for time and material. Our hourly rate is $50.00. We would not be able to pickup a walk behind mower ($20.00) and repair ($50.00 per hr + parts) it for $25.00. We repaired her walk behind mower and have it in running condition, ready to now with. We did not deliver the walk behind mower since she is not willing to pay for the services we provided. We believe she may have mistaken her $25.00 repair conversation with another business about her other walk behind mower. (The walk behind mower that was not present to pick-up) We had several conversations with [redacted] about a payment plan. She only wants to pay for the pick-up & delivery cost and wants the walk behind mower returned/delivered. She is not willing to pay for the repairs we made to her walk behind mower. We value each and every customer. We work very hard to do quality work at a very reasonable price,
