Review: Contracted with him in April to perform landscaping and hardscaping. Gave him deposit on June 4 because he was suppose to start work on June 10, but he never did the work. Have tried to get him to return our deposit but it has been to no avail. Would warn other prospective customers to be very, very cautious about this individual. Have called many times and have written a letter to him to resolve this matter amicably, but nothing as been resolved. Very hard to get him to return phone calls. We gave him many opportunities to make this right. The way he conducts his business he needs his license revoked so he won't be able to solicit business from anyone else.Desired Settlement: Gave him a deposit of $3,113.35. Would like a full refund.
Review: This business accepted a $1624 deposit on June 16, 2015 for a landscaping project. Work was to have begun within 10 days and the owner was to have phoned with an exact date. When that did not happen, I began leaving voice messages for him. After more than a dozen phone calls and voice messages to [redacted], the owner, he finally phoned me on July 1. We agreed that the project would begin today, July 13 and that I should phone him the weekend before to confirm. I phoned him over the weekend and left yet another message. I recieved no call and this morning he did not arrive to begin the project. I have phoned him repeatedly through the day and not recieved a call back. My last message was to ask for my money back and to inform him that I was launching a complaint against his business.Desired Settlement: I have lost all patience and trust. I have no desire to do business with this company. The deposit was supposed to have been for materials for the work, but I have no proof that anything was ever ordered. I just want my deposit back so that I can find a responsible company to work with.
