Please add your rejection comments below. ReturnsYou may return most new, unopened items which were not special orders within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special order items may be returned at our discretion. We will not accept returns on merchandise that was opened, used, is missing the serial number or [redacted], or returned more than 30 days after delivery. If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by phone or email and receive an RMA number before returning your items. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.The above paragraph is listed on their website. I called on the 06/20/16 and 06/24/16 to inform I was returning my purchase due to defect. 06/20 the salesman agreed with the return and when I called on 06/24 to confirm, the salesman disagreed. Also, attached is a scanned copy of the receipt/invoice I received.  Nowhere on the receipt states "no return on serial number equipment" as the salesman is stating. This is just bad business. I am requesting a full refund.

customer was asked if he was using the snow thrower that he purchased from [redacted] his response was no he wants it put away I told him we were working on lawn equipment right now and we should have refused the unit when he should up with it his unit was fixed and he did get his unit back he said...

something about being in a bad mood because his truck got stolen and I said it was not our fault  hust for a side not I do not have to work on a single unit that comes from [redacted] tells there customers I do but I do not deserve to be yelled at because of a person who bought a unit from a box store and who is in a bad mode I did not get a dime from [redacted] selling the unit and I was basicly doing him a faver by fixing it for him I will be calling [redacted] to tell them they are not allowed to use my shop to push thier problems to because in the long run this is what happens its a snow blower in april!   not a priority  my customers from my store are my main priority for lawn equipment in april   thank you!   o and im pritty sure [redacted] or [redacted] was not yelled at or writen up on Revdex.com for selling a unit with a leaking gear box or selling a unit with out a service shop in place to repair their sold units

There is not returns on used equipment or serialized equipment that was used   I will level his mower deck under the [redacted] warranty for him he need to bring the unit in and I can do that its not a lemon or defective

This is unacceptable. I will return the lawn tractor for a full refund and at that time I will rescind my complaint. Thank you.
