Please see the email I received from [redacted] of Magikist, below.  After his employees admitted, in front of my mother, that my sectional piece was damaged by Magikist, after he came to my house and admitted to my face that he could tell the hole in the fabric was made by Magikist and...

he would replace it, he has the nerve to say the hole in the fabric isn't an eye sore.  This was a very expensive LaZBoy sectional that was brand new, that I had saved for for months and it did not have a hole in it when they picked it up.  His email is no different than the dozen previous emails with empty promises except now he's trying to make me feel bad for repeating what was said by his employee, insinuating that my complaint is horrible when everything in it is documented in emails and he wants me to take my complaint off the Revdex.com website.  I will not respond to his email.
