work. They have been paid by the insurance company in the amount of $959.03. I spoke to Ms. [redacted] and she complained about the amount of the bill. I told her that her insurance company approved our bill and thats why she received the payment. They should have also been paid money to use for the repairs to the bathroom. We are in the process of placing a mechanics lien on the property to secure our interest. We would have no interest in making repairs to the property due to the fact they have not paid their initial bill to us.
