display picture is attached as well as embedded in this email.    Service charge per ticket: $1.00 cash (US Currency Only) or $3.00 Card (Credit, Debit or otherwise) We do not Accept Checks. Tickets are non-refundable or exchangable. In case of cancellation, service charges will not be refunded. Tickets are sold on a first come first serve basis only! Store discounts and/or sales never apply to ticket purchases.THIS PICTURE OF THE CONCERT TICKETS POLICY IS ON TOP OF OUR GLASS COUNTER IN CLEAR VIEW WHERE TICKETS ARE PURCHASED. THE PIN PAD CAN BE PARTIALLY SEEN ON THE BOTTOM RIGHT OF THIS PHOTO. THIS IS WHERE DEBIT PIN MUST BE ENTERED. ANOTHER COPY IS ATTACHED TO OUR CONCERT LISTING IN OUR FRONT DISPLAY WINDOW.    This customer was attended to by Michelle who also took his call prior to the ticket purchase. Michelle clearly stated that the tickets would be "$16 cash or $18 card per ticket" as these tickets for Southern Culture On The Skids, June 4, 2017 have a face value of $15. The same was repeated when the customer came to purchase the tickets at the counter. After running his debit card, the amount was questioned and explained a third time. At this point he expressed his displeasure in paying the service charge and a full refund was offered by means of cancelling the entire transaction. The customer refused and then walked away with the tickets.    Although our policy is no refunds or exchanges on concert tickets, we are willing to offer a full refund, $36, for these tickets if they are returned within 14 days (May 4, 2017) of this response. It is our pleasure to resolve complaints as quickly and simply as possible. Please return the tickets to Dave's Music Mine, [redacted]. Our hours are Monday-Friday Noon-8pm, Saturday 10am-10pm.
