On 8/10/we performed an alignment on *** ***’s *** ***. At that time the mileage was 113,498. The front toe for the tires was out of specs. We adjusted the toe and put it into specs. The only item not adjusted was the Caster for the Left Front wheel(See
attached)We realigned the vehicle again months after the initial alignment was performed 1/6/and after 11,miles where put on the vehicleWe even put customer into a free rental car for their inconvenience. Customer did not complain about the vehicle handling at that time.When we set the vehicle up for the alignment the toe on the front had changed significantly since the first alignment on 8/10/15. We did not charge the customer for the 2nd alignment on 1/6/16. All vehicle alignment specs were in order per manufacturers recommendations. (See attached) Customer called on 1/12/and said that the vehicle was still handling bad. We set up another appointment for the customer on 1/14/to check it again. Customer did not show for the appointment and did not call. We would have preferred to have taken care of the customer. We would like to have the copies of the alignment printout of the last alignment done to the vehicle to compare the specifications and to be able to speak to the repair shop that aligned the vehicle

It should be pointed out that the provided loaner vehicle was only offered because they failed to keep the appointment time It turned into an all day affair instead of an hour visit They offered the vehicle so she did not have to sit there all day with no vehicle It was not a rental It was a high mileage shop loaner.The second alignment was done for free because the first was found to be incorrectly It was stated that the wrong type of alignment was done on the vehicle and the technician who performed it, no longer worked there.We had the alignment checked somewhere else after Mathieu's second alignment on 1/ This was because the car was worse after the alignment than before It pulled very hard to the right We called the shop and told them They said they would look at it again We decided to have the alignment checked at another place instead We did not have any confidence in going to Mathieus anymore All of the paperwork is included.Regards,
