Whom It May Concern,On August 3, 2015 I spoke with [redacted] principal broker at [redacted] to set up an appointment with the [redacted] regarding their complaint filed to Revdex.com. I was informed that they would like to handle this matter on their end without involving me. Seller and buyer were represented by agents of their company. I did not receive any feedback until 8/11/15. Seller's agent, who needed to be present, had recently undergone an eye operation.
