On cabinetry general terms (not installed) number Approval-the item list and layout was approved and signed by the customers prior to orderingI have attached the list and layout with customer's signature On cabinetry general terms (not installed) number Payment- (these items are built to order and are not returnableDepending on the installer's use of trim, there may be pieces unusedThese pieces are also not returnable) The installer can chose to use or not use the materialsThe customer's signature indicates they acknowledge and accept the terms We have fulfilled the customers purchaseThere is not a billing adjustment to be made

To whom it may concern; This is in response to the notification from the Revdex.com with regards to Kraftmaid Cabinetry for [redacted] *** I have listed the sequence of events below to help everyone understand what has transpired and what the current plan of action isWe take customer service very seriously and apologize for the mistakes that have occurred and we will do everything in our power to deliver the correct parts as soon as they are made available to us 7/7/ [redacted] placed an order for Kraftmaid Cabinetry Sales Order # [redacted] Because this was a special order we require payment in full at the time the order is placed Also on 7/7/ [redacted] placed the order with Kraftmaid Purchase order # [redacted] We received the cabinetry at our facility in Mason on 8/2/ 8/9/the customer picked up the cabinetry from our warehouse 8/16/we received a call that the drawer fronts on the cabinetry was incorrect8/17/ [redacted] contacted Kraftmaid and ordered new drawer fronts We were able to determine that Kraftmaid shipped the incorrect product [redacted] informed our Production Manager that the [redacted] requested that we install the parts even though we were not contracted to install the product Our Production Manager agreed to do so8/18/Our Production Manager contacted the [redacted] and scheduled the installation of the drawer fronts for 9/9/at no charge This date was based on when the replacement product would be delivered to us by the manufacturer (Kraftmaid) 9/2/The replacement parts arrived and several were damaged and other were not what was needed This was an error from the manufacturer and UPS9/6/We contacted our Manufacturer Rep to get help with this order9/12/Production manager spoke with Mrs [redacted] in the morning and told her he was checking on the order9/Manufacturer rep reported human error by the factoryRep placed the order again9/19/Production manager left message for Mrs [redacted] to update her on the status Mrs [redacted] returned his called same day Even though it would take a little longer we suggested to have the drawer fronts delivered by manufacturers truck NOT UPS to prevent future issues Mrs [redacted] agreed9/28/Scheduled deliver date 9/29/We are scheduled to install drawer fronts

I have attached the list and layout with customer's  signature.  On cabinetry general terms (not installed) number 3 Payment- (these items are built to order and are not returnable. Depending on the installer's use of trim, there may be pieces unused. These pieces are also not returnable).  The installer can chose to use or not use the materials. The customer's signature indicates they acknowledge and accept the terms.  We have fulfilled the customers purchase. There is not a billing adjustment to be made.
