[redacted]s (Service Manager) and I, [redacted] (Owner), have both talked to the customer. We called him at 10:30 am today, 9/22/2014. Customer stated "the machine did not vibrate now because he put the engine RPM's up to where it should be, except it vibrates in the tall...
grass". He would not say how high the grass is. We asked if he would like us to pick it up and check it over again. His reply was "No, I'm going to Florida".
