Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] I do think this is an exceptable course of action in my own specific case It should not be a "case by case" evaluation based on what is the cheapest course of action, they should do the right thing for all their prior patients I want my eyes fixed like I have paid for already They have agreed to do that The whole episode leaves me feeling a little conflicted, but I doubt that I would receive actual bad surgical treatment over the issue The whole reason I chose DrB [redacted] is that his staff and general "attitude" were what I was shopping for as a long time surgical RN with eye surgical experience, as well as the fact that he had a robot that cut the flap My step mother had her flap completely amputated prior to my finding DrB [redacted] , and at the time I was looking for and paid for the technology and skills that he had If at the time, I wanted the cheapest course of action I would have chose differently He personally assured me he would give me "vision in high definition" and "be around in the future." I am sorry his staff has denigrated to the level I experienced on the phone talking with Amanda I let my wife call back, as I did not want to cloud the issue with my frustration I will personally except the offer of a free exam and surgical "enhancement" and follow up Regards, [redacted]

Center manager called patient directly to apologize for an earlier phone call escalating to the level it did with a staff member. Assured patient that DrB*** does wish to honor the level of service that was offered at the time of service. Every situation is unique and
must be addressed on a case by case natureThe patient had to call back and when the phone call was returned the center manager spoke with the patients wife, not the patient and the center manager explained the current situation to the wife and again apologized and wanted to make things right. Offered an earlier date with no charge for the evaluation and no charge for the enhancement but did request that any eye exams since March be sent to our office for the doctor to reviewThe center manager also requested that if the patient would be so kind as to remove any negative postings, that would be greatly appreciated

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].  I do think this is an exceptable course of action in my own specific case.  It should not be a "case by case" evaluation based on what is the cheapest course of action, they should do the right thing for all their prior patients.  I want my eyes fixed like I have paid for already.  They have agreed to do that.  The whole episode leaves me feeling a little conflicted, but I doubt that I would receive actual bad surgical treatment over the issue.  The whole reason I chose Dr. B[redacted] is that his staff and general "attitude" were what I was shopping for as a long time surgical RN with eye surgical experience, as well as the fact that he had a robot that cut the flap.  My step mother had her flap completely amputated prior to my finding Dr. B[redacted], and at the time I was looking for and paid for the technology and skills that he had.  If at the time, I wanted the cheapest course of action I would have chose differently.  He personally assured me he would give me "vision in high definition" and "be around in the future."   I am sorry his staff has denigrated to the level I experienced on the phone talking with Amanda.  I let my wife call back, as I did not want to cloud the issue with my frustration.   I will personally except the offer of a free exam and surgical "enhancement" and follow up.
