David A Brossi LP

It has been a very unpleasant experience to rent an apartment from David A. Brossi LP which is listed on [redacted]7.html

I called the office manager [redacted] yesterday and made the arrangement to look at the apartment #40 this morning. During the visit at 11:30 AM this morning, I decided to take the apartment and signed the application and made the deposit on site immediately. [redacted] told me I should be able to move in on May 15th.

I then told my current landlord the decision to move out. This afternoon around 2:00 PM, [redacted] called me and told me that another current tenant who lives in the same building would move to this apartment.

I am the first one who has the legal paper agreement plus the deposit with David A. Brossi LP to rent this apartment #40. [redacted] broke the agreement and let someone who comes after me to take the apartment. My friend and I both called [redacted] to complain the way she handled the case. She hung up on us in both cases. When we called back again immediately, she refused to pick up the phone.

This makes me very concerned about David A. Brossi LP's renting practice.
