Dear Revdex.com,

I am forwarding an email (below) I sent to a billing organization two weeks ago. This organization represents that it is providing billing services to Dr. David Hecht. Based on the notice, I believe the organization is [redacted]. The only way to reach them is online at [redacted]. They say you can call but all I have been able to do is leave a message. The first time someone returned my call and I explained that I would need more detail than the invoice provided because I believe I was fully paid up. I never heard back but I received a second invoice. I called and left a message, but never heard back. After receiving a third invoice with no additional detail, I emailed the note below. I just received another, equally ambiguous invoice. At this point I would define this as harassment. If I actually do owe money, I would be happy to pay as Dr. Hecht provided good service. But I completed treatment a year ago and was fully paid up based on the detailed invoices I received from the doctor's office and my insurance company.
