Review: In September 2012 I was referred to David A Honies,PC law office. There I was appointed a lawyer by the name of [redacted] who would represent me on my car accident case (DOA 8/**/12). [redacted] quality of service did not represent the [redacted] office very well. Nonetheless, he provided nothing but poor service, lack of communications, file copies and honesty. On Nov *, 2013 I visited the office of [redacted] to review settlement offers. Upon agreeing to settle of 9K, [redacted] mentioned additional court and medical fees needed to be deducted first in which he estimated to be $800.00. The remaining balance gets deducted by the 33% and 1/3. After a phone conversation on November ** 2013 I mentioned I did not wish for him to forward my signature on the check or deposit it into an escrow account as he suggested.Desired Settlement: [redacted] needs to deduct 33% and 1/3 from the settlement agreement and stick to what we discussed.

thank you for your response, I received a call from my lawyerstating that the check has arrived.Monday November ** 2013I would like the Business Bureau to help me resolve my problem which is trying to get what pertains to me after the lawyers feed which should be 33 and a third on off $9,000 settlement remaining balance should be towards me totaling at $6030.17

. However my lawyer wants to charge up a fee ,which was never spoken about on our initial meetingwhen I first met him at his office.$600 in fees then removes his 33 percent leaving me with a balance less than $6030.17. I just want what's rightfully mineand still it doesn't take away my pain and suffering in which I would have to deal with for the rest of my life. Please help me get my settlementI need 6000 to pay my bills and $30 to take my wife to a fast food place to eat. Thank you
