The customer states that this problem was called in on Jan Our records show that we went to his home on Feb and looked at the situationThe unit was turned on and ran without any problemWe explained that this type of installation can be a little touchy at times, but it seemed fine
We installed a thermostat for the customer, which he paid for, and leftUntil this complaint was filed we have had no further calls about this problemOur records further show that on March the customer picked up parts he had ordered for another stoveNo comment was made then.I propose to contact the customer and make another attempt to resolve his problem

I still propose to return to the customers home to make a 2nd attempt to resolve the technical issue.
