Review: I contacted Mr. Bice for my divorce. Met him in September 2010. Paid him

$1000.00 on 10/25/2010. He did write up a divorce agreement which my ex and I signed December 14, 2011. I have made repeated attempts to call him to get the divorce finalized but he has never called returned my calls.

I have a copy of the receipt were I paid him.Desired Settlement: File my divorce or give me back my money.
