I visited Rodgers tile store to select tile to re-tile our fireplace I selected the desired tile and set an appointment for Rodgers installer to see the fireplace and take measurements for a quote After a few days, I received an estimate and decided to do the installation ourselves since the installation cost seemed high I drove to Rodgers Tile and paid for the tile they said would be needed to tile the fireplace
After a few weeks, I received a call from Rodgers stating the tile had arrived We picked up the tile and arranged for the tile work to be done Once completed, the fireplace looked great but there was an abundance of left over tile, including a total of unopened boxes
I called Cindy ***, explained the situation and was first told
“This was a special order, no returns.” then,
“You’ll have to pay a 30% restocking fee.” then,
“No wait, this is past days, you can’t return it!”
I reminded her that the measurements were taken by them, before she says
