I order flea and tick ultrasound repellent. They didn't work battery wouldn't charge up plug in u couldn't get them to work rip off .
They suck' the product they sent me doesn't work. support doesn't help. To bad rating doesn't go lower then 1 star.
Review: I ordered a T-shirt from them that is offered in charcoal gray and also in black. My order was for the one in black, and my invoice that came with the shirt says the color is "Black". When I receive the shirt, it looks to be charcoal gray not black. I emailed them, since that is the only way to contact them, on 4-8-13 for the first time asking what them how we correct the order. I received no response so I emailed them again on X-XX-XX forwarding the same information from the previous email and I typed "2nd attempt to get a response about order #[redacted]" in the subject line. I still did not get a response so emailed them a third time on X-XX-XX forwarding the previous two emails and explaining that I had emailed them twice with no response and that I was concerned that would sell out of the correct color shirt before they decided to respond to my emails. I also typed "3rd attempt to get a response about order # [redacted]" in the subject line. I still did not get a response, so I emailed them one more time on X-XX-XX explaining that I had emailed them three times and could not get a response. I asked them to please contact me and help me with the situation. It is 5-9-13 and they still have not responded. I dont understand why. Its like they dont want to deal with an error they made on my order. I just want someone to respond and contact me from their company so I can resolve this.

Desired Settlement: If they would just contact me and try to help me exchange the shirt that would be great.

We have reached out to the consumer directly by phone and intend to rectify the matter immediately. The problem seems to have arisen from the consumer's email address being inappropriately marked as Spam and thus we never received his complaints until now.
