I would like to respond to this complaint by first saying that our clerk, [redacted] , did give the customer a quote / estimate for a tow from? a specific? location to a specific destination.? The problem that arose with this tow service was that the vehicle was in a pay parking garage slot nosed in with a front flat.? The reason given for the tow was a clutch problem.? The tow truck operator had to pick up the vehicle from the rear and since it was a front wheel drive vehicle and it had a front flat he had to install dollies to the vehicle.? Using dollies is an extra $charge and then the tow truck operator had to pay the garage fee of $to remove the vehicle from the garage.? The $extra in charges were because of unstated factors that the customer did not tell our clerk.? We would like to make all of our customers happy and satisfied but it is not always possible.? The customer was explained the issue but did not want to hear the explanation.? Furthermore, the customer should not expect any company to pay their parking fees for the garage much less provide services rendered for free[redacted] Vice President

Revdex.com:ProTech Construction has agreed to send out the Plumber to come out on Wednesday, November 18, to install double angle stops in the kitchen piping areaProTech Construction did send out the plumber again this week to resolve some of the issuesHowever, until the final installation of these double angle stops are actually installed as mentioned by Mr*** *** of ProTech Construction....the work has not been completed. The Home Owner's Association was contacted by me yesterday, and they approved to send out the Main Plumber for the Condominium Complex for Wednesday, November 18th the earliest convenient date for both my HOA and ProTech Construction to complete the final adjustments to the plumbing in the kitchen area.
Based on the plumbers experience it is very important that these double angle stops are replaced, because other wise the same flooding situation will happen again in the near future As of now, my mom and I were told we could use the sink area without any issuesHowever, in the long run the kitchen is still considered to encounter the same kitchen flooding plumbing problems unless this final work is officially completedOnce this work is done...I will be more than happy to have this complaint closedYour attention is greatly appreciatedThan you very much for your prompt response.
