This is to state that yes the vehicle broke down as does everything that is mechanicalThe vehicle somehow got a hole in the radiator and that is what the smoke was and why the vehicle would not move as it normally wouldWe are under a N.Y.S.D.O.Tinspection that happens every months and we
have a 100% ratingAll of our vehicles are on a regular maintenance scheduleWhen the problem occurred we sent another vehicle out immediately to pick up the passengers and get them home safeWe are sorry for the added time it took to get home and we hope this does not happen againAlso as far as being on a cell phone the driver was checking the traffic app to get everyone home ASAP
