I am referencing a complaint number [redacted] In regard to the complaint, I did conduct the work on June In addition to the process, we went above and beyond trying to find a solution for the proposed septic design by staying an additional hours causing a delay in my next appointment I was able to speak with the next appointment and they were accommodating to my request to show up later than scheduled Work was completed and during that time I experienced a family medical emergency involving my Father having a stroke I was dealing with that during this time and was able to get the design out I also have made sure it was sent this morning with receipt and that was verified from my Yahoo account The house could have already been on the market and I also went above my duties to send this design out for bid to expedite the processThank you, Dave Brown ###-###-####

I am rejecting this response because:The work was conducted June 21, not He offered to stay the hours I did not ask him to stay, it was to talk to installer he asked to come to the houseIf he had a health emergency that day he sent the first email without the attachment on June I have my emailsAfter many voice mails and texts he could have sent one to me stating the medical emergency was why it was late.He did not go above his duties, I paid $for this drawing I did receive the drawing the day he responded to the Revdex.com I have contacted another installer to get an estimate and he is familiar with MrBrown, he has a job he waiting for a variance from the county because MrBrown did not tell the people they needed to apply for a varianceSo this installer is waiting to do the job
