The retail report stated miles exempt! With signature I have received vile text from Mrs*** and her husband Will NOT be tolerated any longer! I have forwarded all correspondence to my attorney *** *** here in Bloomington If contacted again will take and any all legal action necessaryI was willing to work out problem with Mrs*** offered a running, driving Camry in exchange Was not willing to exchange and not willing to have Honda towed to Bloomington.I wash my hands of this customerGreg C***

Mr C[redacted] was very profane and angry. He then stated he would have AAA pick up the car and offered us a vehicle that was $2000 less. We will just resolve the problem on our own and know better in the future never to trust his 'word'. He apologized over and over again for his profane language and tone and seemed genuine. Stated he was out with his girlfriend and once back to his shop he would send AAA to pick up the car and make it right. It's his word against ours. I am just thankful my conscience is clear and know we have done all we could.As stated in original message, what is this world coming to if you cannot trust a man's word.It was just a bad business deal that we lost out on, learned and will pass along a valuable lesson.
