For the months of October, November, and part of December my heater wasnt working properly. I thought it was maybe the temperature I was setting but I was notified by NV Energy in December that my watts had increased double my normal usage to 824 versus my normal 419. This prompted me to contact the office to have them check my heater. Maintenance came that day to look at my heater and found that the unit was not working so they turned it off. They then had the heater people come with out notifying me. I had to be at work within that hour and informed them that they could not proceed without my presence. I scheduled for them to come back the following day between 11am and 12 pm for them to repair the unit in which they did. I then spoke to the office in regards to reimbursement for the inconvenience as well as my incredibly high electric bill. They denied my request because I delayed the process on the day I had to work but it was their negligence that caused my bill to double.
