For the months of October, November, and part of December my heater wasnt working properlyI thought it was maybe the temperature I was setting but I was notified by NV Energy in December that my watts had increased double my usage to versus my This prompted me to contact the office to have them check my heaterMaintenance came that day to look at my heater and found that the unit was not working so they turned it offThey then had the heater people come with out notifying meI had to be at work within that hour and informed them that they could not proceed without my presenceI scheduled for them to come back the following day between 11am and pm for them to repair the unit in which they didI then spoke to the office in regards to reimbursement for the inconvenience as well as my incredibly high electric billThey denied my request because I delayed the process on the day I had to work but it was their negligence that caused my bill to double
