I have a complaint against David C L*** and I would like to close it he has agree to pay me back my money because he did not finish my job

I paid david l*** all but dollars most of what he said is a lie he did not try to finish my job and he was paid all but dollars out of becouse he keep telling me he was getting concrete yes it was weather related to finish job but we had plenty of nice days he didnt even have it ready to pour also I asked him multiple times if he was going to finish and he kept putting me off I have vidoe of how he tour my yard up and where the job is at this point after months I also have all the text we wrote each other and u will clearly see there is no harrasment or name calling in the text just me keep asking him when he is coming and him keep telling me excuseswhen he left the last time he said for me to have someone else finish job for the remainder of the dollars thats a joke he did hardly nothing for the dollars that I gave him and I even told him we could work it out just please come finish the job that was weeks ago and no response I would like u to see my video of the job that is 1/ done and read the text so u can make a desion u will clearly see he is lieing and the reason I dont want to settle is becouse he want someone to finish job for dollars and thats not possible ty very much

I offered [redacted] 1000 refund as well as keeping remaining balance. She didn't think that was enough. I then offered her 1200 and keep remaining balance I'm waiting on a response.

DETERMINED BY WEATHER. I'VE TRIED 3 TIMES TO FINISH JOB WHEN SOMETHING DOESN'T GO HER WAY SHE GOES BACK TO NAME CALLING AND THREATS. I WILL BE ABLE TOO SHOW PROOF OF ALL THE ABOVE AND BRING IN AS MANY PEOPLE NEEDED AND SHOW EVERYONE IS BEHIND SCH BECAUSE OF WEATHER. HER YARD IS NOT TORE UP JUST DUG UP WHERE DRIVE GOES. SHE ALSO FAILED TO MENTION THEY CHANGED JOB 4 TIMES, I NEVER ASK FOR ANY MONEY THEY WANTED TO PAY MONEY AND PAY IT OFF QUICKLY. SHE ALSO FAILED AND MENTION THAT I POURED A THIRD OF THE DRIVE ON A THURSDAY WORKED OVER THEIR FRIDAY AND WAS DOWN THE ROAD TO WORK AGAIN ON HOUSE ON SUNDAY WHEN THE THREATS STARTED. SHE ALSO FORGOT TO MENTION THE PRICE THEY RECEIVED BECAUSE I WORK WITH HER SON IN LAW IF NEEDED I WILL BRING THEM IN THEY WILL CONFIRM HOW I AM ABOUT POURING IN BAD WEATHER,IN THE RAIN OR ON BAD GROUND. IT TOOK ME A MONTH TO EXPLAIN WHY YOU CANT POUR CONCRETE IN THE RAIN. SHE ONLY HEARS WHAT SHE WANTS TO HEAR. THERE IS MORE BUT THIS IS ENOUGH FOR NOW. LASTLY THEY CAN KEEP BALANCE AND I'M WILLING TOO REFUND A REASONABLE AMOUNT.
