We brought a print out copie from [redacted] website about the pricing of this car, it was coated 18,340 it was all good since they all get together and have a talk about this price. Used car manager domnic told the sales person tell us we can't seel this car for this price but I explain to them this is a print out from your web site and even they check and price was coated 18,340 they never agree with me for this price even after telling them I will contact to Revdex.com. I do have copies of their web site with this car pricing and VIN,I can fax or mail you.I will appreciate and look foward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. Review: I am writing to you on behalf of my wife and I in regards to the horrible experience and borderline criminal sales tactics that we encountered at [redacted] Davis located in [redacted] PA. We stopped to look at a 2010 certified pre-owned [redacted] that was listed for $24,595. We spoke with the sales consultant [redacted] and took the vehicle for a test drive. We informed **. [redacted] that we would be putting $13,000 down and did not want to exceed $24,000 with Tax and Tags. **. [redacted] consulted with his Finance Manager [redacted] who stated that it would not be possible. **. [redacted] showed us a print out of the vehicle along with another [redacted] that we inquired about. He stated that there was no flexibility in the price and that these vehicles would be traded to another dealership or taken to auction. He stated that the [redacted] had been there for over 180 days and the [redacted] had been there for over 80 days. We said thank you for your time. **. [redacted] made a last attempt sales pitch of $23,900 as we were about to leave. He stated that he would not be making any money, but would like to have us as customers rather then send the vehicle to auction or another dealership. We returned to buy the car and wanted to discuss the financing. He said the loan was through [redacted] and the rate was 3.75%. He showed us our credit reports that he ran through [redacted] and my wife had a score of 781, while I had a score of 738. We said this does not make any sense, why would I need to be on the loan if she has a higher credit score? He had no answer. I then proceeded to ask him what other rates from other lenders did he have? He stated that he only looked into the one lender. My wife asked him why he didn't contact [redacted] since she was a longtime [redacted] customer and he stated that he never uses them. I then said we would find our own financing from a different bank with a better rate. He stated that if that was the case they would no longer offer the car at that price that we had discussed.How many uneducated, elderly, or misinformed people have they done this too? They basically are receiving a kickback from the inflated interest rates they are pushing on people.Desired Settlement: Selling us the car at the original $23,900 that we were told and a fair interest rate.
