April 2013 the company installed central A/C in my home. The drip pan for water condensation from the cooling coil was defective, a crack in it. The water leaked down into the insulation of the crawl space instead of running out the drain line. This was a huge amount of water,app 2 gallons per day. I discovered the problem about the 1st of July. The company replaced the drip pan and corrected the problem. They removed all the totally wet insulation from the crawl space and made me an appointment to come back 2 weeks later after all was dry and replace the insulation that they removed. I have called them each week since then and they keep saying maybe next week we will do it and we will call you. They have not come back and have never called me not one time. They promised they would come back and replace this insulation with the same kind that was destroyed. It's obvious they have no intentions of ever coming back.
