This is a response to case# XXXXXXXX.Original lien release was given on Feb. 3, 2014. On or about April 6th she came in wanting another release because she had lost the first. I explained to her that it would take some time to go back thru to...
search for her file because all hard copies are stored. On or about April 11th she returned stating that she'd been to the license branch and they wanted the lien release on our company letter head with that days date. I did as she asked and gave her another release. She was charged [redacted] dollars for the lien release and fifteen for my having to pay someone to go thru and locate her file. Had she taken the appropriate measures in 2014 this wouldn't be an issue.
