I don't like to speak bad a bout any company but Bakker Aluminum was such a disappointment to me It took them a long time to come and do the work and when they did show up they came with the wrong colour of awning Thank goodness I was home before they started the work The excuse was that the boss was away on holidays so they went with what they thought the colour was suppose to be, mean while I called Bakker weeks prior to find out when they were coming to put it on and was informed that everything was ready they were waiting for time to get to my place because they were busyThe second awning in my opinion was made in a hurry and do not think it was made properly When I filled out their survey they send I told them I wasn't happy and so a couple weeks later someone called me to ask me about my issues*** Then after talking a bit more she said to me that someone would come and look at my issue but not sure when because they were busy It has been months and have not heard a word from them Very disappointed that's for sureThe amount of money I spent on the new railings and awning you would think their customer service would be a lot betterNot happy at all and would probably not recommend Bakker Aluminum
