Have not replaced my permanent retainer
My braces have been off since 2012.I have had a office visit every month or every two months on one visit my permanent retainer had to be removed after I told him on a prior visit that it felt like it was coming off and finally it did.He ordered me more top retainers because my spacing had come open and the retainer I had was not closing it when my retainer came in I asked him when was he going to replace my permanent retainer and he said the next visit..well the next visit came and no permanent retainer.I may have had one or two more visits after that and the last visit he told me that they will call me to schedule my visit..well that was I believe that was August 2012 and each time I call I get a voice mail and I leave messages every time and one day his wife called me back and said that they were moving and she would call me in October 2013 and I should get something in the mail about the new location..well I didn't so more time went by and I continued to call and in December or January I got a voicemail saying that she would try to reach me that folling Monday, but I have yet to receive a call..my retainers that I have been wearing daily now have a hole in them..I really don't know what else today I need some help
