David Evans Roofing

We hired David Evans Roofing in late August of 2016.

4 months later, (January 10, 2016) I discovered 4' feet of gutter that was loose from the roof so called David Evans Roofing to have someone come out and repair it. The woman who answered the phone was initially just unprofessional then became quite rude. I was surprised when she became angry and cut me off while I was explaining the problem with the gutter to tell me that we used a contract gutter company and that David Evans Roofing was not responsible. This was news to me that we used a contract gutter installer as David Evans set up the entire roof and gutter project. David Evans at least brokered the gutter installation job which was not clearly established during the initial meeting.

Regardless of who contracted who, we are a customer of David Evans Roofing and should be treated in a courteous and professional manner especially when there is a problem. Based on the unacceptable conversation which included an overall lack of professionalism and atrocious customer service skills, I can not recommend David Evans Roofing.
