Hello! This gentleman got a backflow test and sprinkler start up on 4/19/ The system was running properly at that time and all heads were adjusted accordingly It has now been close to months since we set up the system A lot of things can happen to the system in that amount of time (for example grass growing around the heads mower running over the heads etc.)Therefore this would not be a free serviceHe hung up on us before we could explain any options he may have to him and said he was getting someone else to come out for free We will not be providing free services for this gentleman nor will we do service for him in the future after the way we were spoken to

Thank you to the Revdex.com for trying to resolve this matter. This gentleman is not understanding that the system was aligned as it should be in the Spring. We cannot be expected to come back for free months later to adjust it again. It was aligned when we left the job on 4/19/16. I am sorry that he wants free work done, but we cannot provide that for him since we did nothing wrong. I wish I could be more help Have a great day!
