Customer sent $9,500 for 500 Morgan silver dollars.  He then instructed us to wait to lock in coins because silver started dropping.  Per agreement with customer we agreed on 650 coins for the extended delivery period and market fluctuation.  We expect the issue to be fully resolved...

They both had a complete shampoo and haircut. The only thing we could not do was blow dry their hair due to a power outage that we had no control over. However, at that time the salon had 31 clients in the same or worse situation with color on their heads under heaters to activate the color, and...

these two are the only two complaints we received, and SEVEN MONTHS AFTER THE FACT NO LESS. Its amazing they went to Revdex.com rather then just ask for $10.00 back on both haircuts because out of a $43.00 haircut with shampoo and blow-dry, the blow-dry is worth $10.00  They can come in anytime we'er open and I'll write them a check or give them $20.00 cash, but you'll have to sign a paper stating you received the $20.00 cash, if its cash.They got a full shampoo, conditioner and totally completed haircut, probably the best they ever had. Our stylists did their job less the blow dry that is $10.00Curious, did they file a complaint with Revdex.com for [redacted] and local authorities for upsetting they're day when we were ask to evacuate the building for safety???

Review: I made an appt for my daughter and I get a haircut, shampoo and style--Due to no fault of anyone the lights went out--the salon was not done with our services but the next day we were leaving to Florida the next morning for several weeks. I left my name and credit information as they had requested it--at that time I was not told I would be charged anything--I figures it was in case I did not return-Upon my return I noticed they charged my card for the full price of 86.00 and they did not finish. I called and spoke to the owner who seemed more upset about him having to deal with my call as the was "in the middle of opening a new salon" he told me I had 1 week to return to finish my hair cut. I explained to him I went out of town and could not return in a week and had my hair done in Florida. He told me to come in to his salon for a refund. (as he told me he could not put it back on my card) After a few weeks of not being able to go in- I spoke to the manager who said she would mail me a check--I waited a month and nothing came-I called back and spoke to the manager to tell me that she had to get the owner to write out a check and could take a while-waited 2 more months and nothing came-I called my credit card company who told me that if a merchant charges on a card they can refund on a card. I could more forward on a dispute with them as the merchant should have never charged my card without my signature nor provide me with a receipt.I choose not to do this as it sounded pretty serious with the merchant did and I dont wish any harm/issues for this merchant.Desired Settlement: refund based on that the owner told me he would do
